We would like to inform you the result of the 30th Irino Prize ,2009. The Selection Committee has been held on July 26, 2009 at the JML Seminar Yoshiro Irino Institute of Music Tokyo. Jury of this year : Joji YUASA, Yori-Aki MATSUDAIRA, Mamoru FUJIEDA ( Chairman), Satoshi TANAKA, Takayuki RAI , Mari TAKANO, Masahiro MIWA Masanori FUJITA is past away on May 4th,2009 Before the selection, we had a short funeral ceremony for him. Total of Entries :* 116 Compositions, 35 Countries Award : 200,000 Japanese yen PRIZE WINNER Giovanni Enrico Lo Curto (Italian, 1980 b. in Catania, living in Piacenza, Italy) <Information> "Etheric drama" will be performed in October, 2010 in Tokyo at the Special concert of the Irino Prize Chamber music.
